Ensuring a perfect transparency of the links, these modems can be used to connect industrial plants, medical facilities, or high radio frequency noise environments.

Other applications include extending the reach of PABX phone systems or the offset of basic access ISDN in a campus. The FO-8000 eliminates the confusion of setting up C.O. loop terminations for PABX providers and installers. FO-8000 Modems are available with a choice of transmitters for Multi-Mode and Single Mode fiber. These units will also tail-circuit with other AJ models to provide additional application-unique environments utilizing various transport mediums such as unloaded private copper circuits or phone company provided circuits, performing cross platform and interface conversions.

Available in desktop or rack mounted configurations, these models can be managed locally or in networks with an SNMP manager. The FO-8000 comes with a Windows application that enables fast and easy administration of setting the operating parameters, saving and loading configurations to/from the PC drive, retrieving diagnostics or initiating loop tests, all with just a few clicks of the mouse.

Installing a chassis rack system with a small footprint combined with management capabilities, the enterprise AMS and the telco Smart Rack systems are ready to take up the task. Both systems incorporate a "Universal Population" architecture. Simply put, you can inter-mix the chassis with an assortment of different card modules. Modems, ISDN Adapters, DSU/CSUs, and even DSL modems.

For high speed transmission over single copper pairs, CXR offers its range of DSL modems with speeds from 128 Kbps to 4.6Mbps. Available in desk-top and rack-mount versions, these modems come with a choice of terminal interfaces. This is an entire new line of equipment that provides high speed point-to-point connectivity with easy setup and diagnostic tools. For data transmission over the ISDN network, CXR provides a full range of Basic Rate terminal adapters in desk-top and rack-mountable versions and an intelligent ISDN multiplexer which concentrates and switches up to 32 ISDN basic rate ports into one (or two) ISDN Primary rate ports. Applications include point of sales, leased line back-up, Internet access, remote access/fax servers, channel drop/insert, PRI to BRI conversion, video-conferencing, ISDN network simulation, production testing, distant training etc.

Cyberconnect is a single port ISDN and serial router to be used in remote offices and point of sales applications. Fastconnect is a multi-port high speed serial router to be used in concentration points. Hyconnect is a multi-port high speed router for applications where modularity and scalability are required.
